By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including name, contact details, shipping address, and your company or personal VAT/tax number.
All payments are processed securely, and your financial information is not stored by us.
If a product is marked as "Out of stock," you may subscribe to receive an email notification when it becomes available again. If marked as "Backorder," the item is in transit from the manufacturer and will be shipped upon arrival. If marked "In stock at warehouse," it is available at the factory and dispatched once received by us.
As we ship internationally, all prices are displayed exclusive of VAT. Any applicable VAT, tariffs, or taxes will be calculated and added at checkout depending on your shipping destination.
An order is confirmed only when you receive an email acknowledging payment and processing.
We ship internationally using carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, Deutsche Post, and Royal Mail. Most shipments are tracked; delivery times and costs vary by destination and are displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery dates are based on carrier averages but cannot be guaranteed.
Studio 1 Ltd is not responsible for additional charges, import duties, or customs delays.
All spare parts supplied by Studio 1 Ltd are of EU (Italy) origin. For shipments to the United States, a 15% tariff/duty is applied at checkout. Orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), meaning duties are collected in advance, and there should be no additional import charges on delivery.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with local customs regulations. We are not liable for delays caused by customs processing or local import restrictions.
If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address, non-collection, or refusal without valid cancellation, parcels are returned to us. Redelivery fees or deductions for recovery costs (including shipping, customs, duties, and carrier fees) may apply. For international shipments, refusal of customs duties or fees remains your responsibility.
UK and EU Consumers (B2C):
If you are purchasing as a consumer (not as a business) within the UK or EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. The items must be returned unused and in their original packaging and condition.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Please note that shipping costs are not refundable, including both the original delivery charge and any premium or express options selected at checkout.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured method.
If the returned products are handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (e.g., signs of use, damage, missing packaging or parts), we reserve the right to make a deduction to reflect the loss in value.

Faulty or Not as Described Goods:
If your goods arrive faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately. Under your statutory rights, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. This applies regardless of the 14-day cancellation period.
International Customers (Outside UK/EU):
For customers outside the UK and EU (including the USA), returns for change of mind are accepted only at our discretion unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws. If approved, return shipping and any applicable customs fees are your responsibility. Original shipping costs and transaction fees will not be refunded.
B2B Customers:
If you are purchasing on behalf of a business, you acknowledge and agree that no statutory cooling-off period applies. Returns and cancellations for business transactions are not accepted unless goods are faulty or supplied in error. Any return accepted at our discretion will be subject to:

Spare parts are supplied "as-is" with no manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated. Improper installation or use may cause damage or injury. Studio 1 Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use or installation.
